By creating an account or using runMyPharmacy ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Aasim Shah, operating runMyPharmacy.

runMyPharmacy is a cloud-based pharmacy management platform that provides tools including:

• Point-of-sale (POS) functionality
• Inventory and stock management
• Purchase order management
• Sales reporting and analytics
• User and role management

The Service is provided on an "as-is, as-available" basis. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time with reasonable notice.

To use runMyPharmacy, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with unauthorized persons.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at contact@aasimshah.com.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful software.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without express written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement.

All software, design, logos, branding, and content of the runMyPharmacy platform are the exclusive property of Aasim Shah and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business operations. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.

You retain full ownership of all operational data you enter into runMyPharmacy, including sales records, inventory data, and customer information.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will never sell your data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you enter into the Service complies with applicable laws, including data protection regulations relevant to your jurisdiction.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• Any errors or defects will be corrected immediately.
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

runMyPharmacy is a management tool and does not constitute medical, pharmaceutical, legal, or regulatory advice. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable pharmaceutical regulations and licensing requirements in your jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aasim Shah and runMyPharmacy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may close your account and terminate these Terms at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or that continued access poses a risk to the Service or other users.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in good faith through direct communication first. You agree to contact us at contact@aasimshah.com before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notification.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
